Who to Contact
If you are not currently in a lab or conducting research, look into the faculty at your college or university. This may be easier done by searching specifically through a department. Find what studies are currently being conducted that are within your interest. After finding the study that you are most interested in and may qualify most for, contact related persons to see if there are available opportunities. As an undergraduate student, it is most often that opportunities in research are unpaid. If you want a position, be persistent, but not annoying, and make sure that you are educated on the subject. Read about the research, previous publications, etc; being knowledgeable on the subject will help your chances of getting the desired position.
